Epic fails used to be the kind of thing that would send me down a path of no recovery. I used to beat myself up over them so much that I could see them for what they really are....a small hurdle that when overcome....makes you stronger.
Thanks for sharing yours....its good to know that we are not alone in our quest for healthier living :)
When I read about you epic fail yesterday, I wanted to reply but could not think of the right words. This morning when I signed on to SP I read Your Healthy Lifestyle Blog and it was titled "Improvement Begins with I". Very good. I saved it in my favorites, because when I will have one of those epic fails, I will go to my favorite and read this.
Be thankful and live each day with no regrets...:)

Boy did I blow it this week. I got a mad on and bought cookies and Chinese food. When I get a mad on I use all my energy on the mad and none on productive things. Oh, well, I learned from this that I didn't have any easy quick to cook meals in the house and I shall take care of that little problem. Aargh!!!
I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
