My goal is to take advantage of some of the great recipes offered here that make me think out of the box. Usually when I watch what I eat, I tend to eat the same old things and get bored with them. So ultimately, I want to make meals more interesting. Already I have discovered some great things like chicken marsala. The recipe is delicious!
