Goals for this year.
1. Get DH. to enjoy the same food.
2. Wiser grocery shopping.
3. Use more dehydrated foods as snacks.
4. Add more focus to exercise.
5. Drop more inches and maintain weight loss.
If I can Manage this my year will be great.
