Here are my goals:

Plan meals weekly;
Cook dinner at home at least 3 times a week;
When eating out, order healthy meals, and always eat only half of it;
Include veggies in every lunch/dinner meals;
Organize kitchen, buy a spice rack organizer;
Clean fridge.
