i started this at 248.8 pounds and am hoping i can lose at least 50 in one year.

Goals for this challenge!
1. planning all 7 days of meals in the week ahead of time.
2. Actually STICKING to my plan
3. eating at the table every night with my family even if its later due to kids activities.
4. less TV ( no eating in front of the TV).
