Goals for this challenge!
1. planning all 7 days of meals in the week ahead of time.
2. Actually STICKING to my plan
3. eating at the table every night with my family even if its later due to kids activities.
4. less TV ( no eating in front of the TV).




Jan 1 190 Back to work-new work shirt
Mar 1-175 new shoes
May 1-160 Go to the Spa
July 1-145 New Shorts-and bathing suit!
Sep 1-130 GOAL-new Fall Wardrobe!
