My goal is to continue, making good food choices, and avoiding the bad choices more often. My goal is to make healthy meals more often. eat more vegetable and fruit servings and less carbohydrate starches. My goal is to continue packing meats in single size servings and take out what I need, for a meal, to defrost. My goal is to try different recipes at least once a week.

My husband and I mostly eat at home and we alternate between super healthy food and absolute junk that we bring home. He's a good cook; I'm a cooking noobie. When it's my turn to cook, I have a few tired standbys.
(1) I want to explore at least one new cooking method per week (this week was a casserole in the oven).
(2) I want to make-over my kitchen so it's a pleasant place for cooking and is conducive to healthful and environmentally-friendly cooking.
(3) I want to develop 3 weeks of standard meal plans for every meal but dinner - that's where I hope to add novelty to my regimes.
