Paula! It sounds like you are on the right track. I also tried WW for a while before I found SP. It didn't work for me but I have a couple of friends who did, and continue to do, very well with their program. I think the important thing is to try something and if it doesn't work for you, then try something else until you find the right fit for you. Even then you still might have to change things up a bit but it looks like you have a various outlets for your energy and a good mix of exercise. Good luck with your goals!
