¾ POUND SMOKED TURKEY DICED
1 ½ CUPS CHERRY TOMATOES HALVED OR QUARTERED
½ CUP PITTED KALAMATA OLIVES, SLICED
½ CUP BOTTLED OR HOMEMADE GREEK SALAD DRESSING
¼ CUP CHOPPED ITALIAN FLAT-LEAF PARSLEY

HOW TO MAKE
1. IN A MEDIUM SKILLET, TOAST ALMONDS OVER MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING FREQUENTLY, UNTIL LIGHLY BROWNED, 4 TO 5 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT
2. IN A MEDUIM SUACEPAN, COOK COUSCOUS ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.
