going tp prep celery and carrots pre make brown rice for the week

i started this at 248.8 pounds and am hoping i can lose at least 50 in one year.

My goals for this week are:
1. To plan the menu for the week
2. No more fast food meals this week ( we ate at McD's this a.m.)
3. Drink more water
