... and I've even done the kitchen makeover, which led to finding a lot of stuff I didn't even know we had in our pantry. I threw out a lot and got a good overview of what we actually have. And now there is actually some SPACE in the pantry. Yay!

I cooked several healthy meals at home, tried a few SparkRecipes, and even completed my extra goal - cooking a vegetable I hadn't cooked myself before. Which, in this case, was cabbage - I've eaten it before but never made any myself.
Menu planning and writing a grocery list went surprisingly well, too. I've noticed that if I have a grocery list, I really do buy less, which is good for my account balance!

Just wanted to say - this challenge is awesome, really keeps pushing me to make better choices!
