I have managed to work out meals for the week with my husband.
Breakfast and lunches are not a problem just the evening meals, they can be a real headache.
So out came the cookery books I have plus the one I borrowed from the library on Mediterranean Vegetarian meals to add variety.
I now have a long list of meals I can use and will be transferring them to recipe cards and storing them in my new recipe card box.
Dinners are planned out for the week and that will help in buying in only what I need.
having my husband help in the choices means I will have meals we both like instead of having to cook something different for him. He has found lots of veggie meals he wants to try out as well so that will be a big bonus for me. I need to add more veggie meals to help cut down on meat as I have a family history of colon cancer so need to up the fiber and the vegetables and lessen the meat.
This is working out well for me so far cant wait to see what we will be doing for week 2
