Hi Bertha I too am planning my meals so I will not have the problem od deciding what to have that night or DH saying he fancies something. Planning the meals out will put a stop to this and it will help me stick to the low fat healthier eating plan. I think I will have to get a notebook to keep the meal plan in that way I can it to hand in the kitchen. It would also provide a nice reminder of meals I have made over the weeks.
