I used the timelines as a guide...I think I took 6 weeks to finish the challenge but if you need more or less time that is ok. The important thing is to keep those goals in mind, and keep working toward them. It's about progress not perfection and doing what you can do for you and your family.

Wish I could say it was a sterling success - I planned the meals and set my goals. I did not get to the kitchen makeover this week but may tackle it today or in the coming week. Following the weekly meal plan was easy in the early part of the week but then payday hit and I was grabing fast food for dinner with the family. Did not meet any of my three goals so they will carry over to the coming week.
