Altering the way we eat is hard but I found that adding things slowly to the diet helped. Changing one or two items a week every week soon add up to you buying in the healthy options and the family take small changes easier as well. I also look up healthy recipes on the internet and in books I borrow from the library. That way I have a few ideas to work with.
