Freecycle!!! I forgot about that. I have some baby clothes that I would love to give someone. I will go on the website now.

It's a super-neat idea, really, but Norway doesn't do things like that.

Great goals! Have you ever tried Freecycle? Not sure where you live but many communities have it. It's free to join and their purpose is to help people give items they no longer need that are collecting dust and taking space and giving them to people who want or need those items. You post what you are looking for or what you want to give and you may or may not get contacted but I've seen a lot of people get their requests fulfilled.

DH and I have gotten rid of unwanted stuff this way...extra veggie plants, drywall, a door. We picked up a vintage sink and a book on Sting (my best friend looooooves Sting so I gave it to her). I've seen people get fitness equipment, clothes, craft items, kitchen stuff. It's a great way to recycle, declutter and keep stuff out of landfills.

Just a thought emoticon

Unfortunately, I don't have a slow cooker and I can't afford to get one. It's sitting high up on my "gimme" list, also known as a wishlist, though!

My goals for the first week of this challenge is cooking dinner four out of seven days. I live with my boyfriend, who tends to come home rather later - and by then I am usually too tired to cook anything at all, since I get up at 6 in the morning to go to the gym.

So I will be looking for recipes that take a while to cook - although not too long to prepare - so that I can start early and just let it simmer in a pot or cook in the oven. Any suggestions are welcome!
