i started this at 248.8 pounds and am hoping i can lose at least 50 in one year.

If i know I'm gonna be rushed later in the week and might not have the time or inclination to cook, I'll make 2 meals in one night and throw the other in the fridge or freezer for later in the week. Or if I'm making something that's a favorite i'll double the recipe and we'll have it twice that week.

my goal for this week is to stick with the curves and eat right all day. i have been cooking chicken breast with rice and a veggies.

i started this at 248.8 pounds and am hoping i can lose at least 50 in one year.

I have ham steak, corn, and potatoes for tonight. The second one will be a chicken dish with rice and salad.

Sounds like a good plan! Starting out with 2 dinners a week is a good goal to start with then build up from there. Do you know what you're gonna make?

I love the idea of this challenge and I'm so excited to get started! My goals for this upcoming week are just to try and focus on cooking at least two dinners at home for my boyfriend and I. I do pretty well with breakfast, and lunch, but dinner is where I fall short. If I can get myself cooking every night and eating healthy foods I think it will help a lot in hitting the weight loss goals that I have for myself.
