go to trackers click on weight and scroll down and there is a daily tracker just add your weight to whatever day and it will post

i started this at 248.8 pounds and am hoping i can lose at least 50 in one year.

The only thing I did which Im assuming makes it post on here to is to go under sparkpages and then click on edit your profile. Towards the bottom of the profile you can create your ticker and voila. I think at least emoticon lol

Thanks! This is my first day. I cooked oatmeal and had a few berries with it and egg whites. So full from it. My goal by the end of this challenge is to cook more often and only eat out 2-3 meals a week by the end.. Right now I literally eat every meal out.

I don't know how you feel about breakfast but I hate eating breakfast, Ive had to make myself eat it everyday which is still a work in progress, BUT recently I found Kashi berry blossoms cereal and I think it is PHENOMENAL! I think it kinda tastes like berry captain crunch...Its only 100 calories per serving and I get full off of the one serving. In fact any of the other Kashi cereals I have found quite enjoyable! Or sometimes I even make a turkey bacon and egg white sandwich on an english muffin or bagel thin! good luck!

Have you tried McCain's Steel Cut Oatmeal. You can't get any healthier than that. It is nothing like regular yukky oatmeal.
