Hi, Limonade! Would you mind if I copy your goals? I love them cause they're goals I can do. Thanks for the great ideas. I plan to meet my goal of 10,000 steps a day.

My goals for the Healthy Cooking Challenge are:
1. Bring homemade lunch to work daily
2. Try one new recipe a week
3. Have at least one fruit or vegetable serving at every meal
