How about oatmeal? I make mine on the stove with water and add nonfat dry milk for creaminess. Use Splenda brown sugar sparingly and add 1/2 ounce of walnuts. Really yummy and sticks with you. I eat this for dinner.
Kashi makes a whole grain pilaf ( http://kashi.com/products/category/Pilaf ). The box has 4 individual pouches with 4 servings each. I cook one in the begining of the week and saute it with a veggie stir fry mix with just evoo, salt and pepper to taste. It is yummy hot or room temp. Sometimes I add a can of rinsed and drained beans. You can eat off of it for 4-5 days. I have mixed the pilaf in a salad.
