I think thats a great start. I do this also, saves floundering at the supermarket and eyeing up all the things I can't or chose not to have!!! I also know what I'm eating each day, so don't need to obsess about food!!

I would like to be more efficient in the kitchen. I am certain that thinking ahead and planning my meals for the week will not only save time it will also keep me motivated. If everything is already planned out for me and ready to go then its harder to deviate from the plan.
