Congratulations, and good luck. I also brought my book today. I've been a spark member for a while, but I have not been consistent, and as we know consistency is key. I wish you the best of luck, and focus on your objective!
My Week 1 Goals:
1) to learn some basic cooking techniques
2) to organize my pantry
3) to plan meals that include lots of vegetables and fruit.
4) to start a running grocery list that I will keep on the fridge.
