I think I came in this challenge organized. I have to maintain a certain order or it drives me up the wall.

I Make meal plans weekly and when I don't have time to do one I use an old one. I attach the grocery list to it and go through my kitchen only to see what is needed.

I have no problem with what's in my kitchen. I want to learn how to substitue when cooking????? Which I have began to research on my own.
