I don't plan a weeks work of meals I tried that long ago and found it didn't work for us but I sure wish it did.
I joined Weight Watchers a few years ago and made two notebooks of WW recipes. The first one is labeled WW recipes and those are all the recipes I find that I want to try. these I usually try on weekends when I hae the time to mess with a new recipe.
The 2nd says WW Tried. That's my go to book when I when I need something that is good and DH likes.
When you stumble, make it part of the Dance.
