For my meals I had they are pretty simple and maybe even boring lol but I thought of these really quickly, here they are I did this for 5 days for Monday to Friday:
I had pork chops, 2 packs of lean hamburger and 1 pack of ribs, so I built my menu from that.
Meal # 1 - Pork chops, perogies and 2 types of veggies
Meal # 2 - Ribs (with a homemade dry rub), mashed potatoes and 2 types of veggies
Meal # 3 - Spaggetti (with half whole wheat and half white) also a homemade chefs salad with (romaine, cherry tomatoes, celery, carrots and marble cheese and only a enough ranch sauce for taste mixed into the whole salad) and homemade garlic bread (well the spread not the bread lol)
Meal # 4 - Hamburger helper, 2 types of veggies and whole wheat rice
Meal # 5 - (for friday) Hotdogs with fries that are low in salt
