Week one has been progressing pretty good. I have been making meals at home more than buying out so I know what I am eating. We made a grocery list when we went grocery shopping for the week and didn't buy more than a couple things that weren't on it. Been using more whole grains than white, which is a challenge for me since I am not a fan of whole grains (don't like the taste) and I have been working on getting the kitchen cleaned up so it is usable.
I know I was almost done week one but I decided to start over again. I hadn't fully gotten into it when I first signed up but now I am just waiting to get started! This week will be a different week!!
Today I did get some work done on reorganizing my kitchen, which is a pretty big feat. I think if I tackle a bit of it each day then I will have it done and have a fully functioning kitchen by the end of the week.
I have the meals roughly planning in my head for the week I just have to write them down on paper. I don't think I have to worry about needing any more groceries for the week because we have a fair bit of fresh vegetables that need to be used up and it's gonna take all week to use them! Plus we have a lot of other things to snack on and to go with meals so we should be good there.
For my other goal of cooking at least three meals this week, I don't see that one being a problem!
