Good plan. I think most of us have similar plans. I'm finding if I don't plan, I don't eat as well. I like to plan having leftovers for lunches so I don't have to think about lunches. One nice thing about planning is that it even works with school lunches. Go for it!

Yep, I'm trying out all sorts of new recipes this summer so we can get some "keepers" for the school year! I get a lot of ideas from Clean Eating Magazine. There's also a Clean Eating Sparkteam that has a cookbook that has most of the recipes from the mag. Keep us posted on any good ones you find!
My main goal for joining this challenge is to get into the habit of meal planning. That way when school starts again and our days are hectic, I will stay a bit more organized. That way I may not revert back to the old, fattening standbys.
