It turned out so good!! I baked it with a little water and some olive oil on it. Then did some fresh stir fry with olive oil with broccoli, green & Red bell peppers, onion, splash garlic then added the squash and then added tomato sauce. IT was great!! Just needed some cashews and I think it would have just added too it all the better. Thanks for all the ideas!!

I'm going to clean out the cabinets (already did the fridge and pantry).
I bought a new cookbook and am going to cook 3 meals this week with my husband and son. So they are involved in the process and understand what goes into things and such. Great family time and will aid us as a whole :)
Today I went to the store and spent WAY more than I want to talk about on fresh produce and spices!! I already bought meats last week. I feel prepared for this challenge. :)
