I can really tell a difference in my sleeping patterns. It has helped to decrease TV time at night and do more reading and quite time with low music. My favorite relaxation time in the evening is a fire in the fire pit visiting with my husband. emoticon

slow and steady WINS the race! Every step counts!!!
