I am only a few days away from completing week 4; this past 4 weeks had change my sleeping habits and I learned a lot! I finally able to sleep 6 hours at night although not all seven nights yet but I am making a lot of progress. I was able to go to bed on time every night now!
My long term goal is to get 6 hours sleep every night for the next 3-4 months before challenging myself to add one and two more hours to achieve the recommended 8!
I will continue to use the sleep dairy and track my food intake as I realized this has a lot to do with why I was not getting more than 4 hours sleep before. Eat too late after workout, drinking caffeine after 10PM, etc (few of my uncovered "bad" habits)
I will continue to do meditation routines, going to sleep with soothing-soft music as I found out this helped me to fall asleep.

who has helped me on this journey in the last 4 weeks and I will continue to post and hopefully I can helped others who is struggling like me 4 weeks ago.
