To sleep perchance to dream. wow I love both! And I feel so much better when I do get them.
Except last night I didn't, zomg, hubby wanted to go the the midnight showing of Conan. It was a great show, but oh my it really brings this challenge up close and personal. Staying up that late really made me groggy all day and I wanted to eat like mad. I can't say I won't ever do that again, but it will be rare, like Christmas eve or something. haha
My goals are to continue to go to sleep on time & wake up on time also. I do love how I feel.
Take care of my knee to aid restful sleep
Drink my water earlier in the day. I do not like getting up all night to got to the bathroom, (although this can also be triggered by sleep apnea)
Practice my relaxation at night and end of the day routines.
