In week 2, I wrote about how trying to fit in exercise with the rest of live's expectations lead me to less sleep due to waking up early and having to stay up later to get in chores and add hours to the day. This week I've been trying to problem solve.
I've been cooking the crock pot and trying to find quick and healthy meals I can get on the table around my workout schedule so I don't have to get up early every day. It's been a little better. We're also in town this weekend, making it easier to stay consistant. Hoping for more of the same next week and moving forward.
