I have found that just writing my sleep blog has really reinforced my night time ritual and whenever I do it, I sleep better. I am under enormous stress and am trying to keep up with this challenge but I am finding it difficult, though I think I need to focus on doing a sleep blog every night because I get better sleep.
I am sleep fairly well now that my head doesn't hurt so much...putting my mask on at night was kinda touchy for the first part of the week. I am getting deep sleep...slept right through a ferocious thunderstorm last night!

Week three did have some problems Sunday night due to shine splints from my training for a race I have signed up to do in may should have taken some Tylenol but didn't feel like getting up to any. Monday still sore but did take they Tylenol and put some sports cream on the shines and slept better Tuesday the same thankfully the shine splints are gone for now. joined the walking challenge to help with the shine splints and this should help with not sleeping we are so close to heading into week 4 hard to believe and the tips are working great most night. .Go team 3/30 slept good Tuesday shine splits gone !
