Week three did have some problems Sunday night due to shine splints from my training for a race I have signed up to do in may should have taken some Tylenol but didn't feel like getting up to any. Monday still sore but did take they Tylenol and put some sports cream on the shines and slept better Tuesday the same thankfully the shine splints are gone for now. joined the walking challenge to help with the shine splints and this should help with not sleeping
we are so close to heading into week 4 hard to believe and the tips are working great most night. .Go team
3/30 slept good Tuesday shine splits gone !
