I have had the experience of the airbag deploying on me during an accident so I can completely understand where you are at both physically and mentally right now.
What helped me was to just try anything that will help you relax allot of the pain is aggravated by the stress of the accident and the many follow-up activities. If you have not been looked at by a medical professional I suggest this happen right away to eliminate any small fractures that may have happened. Even hairline fractures can be quite painful. If you are cleared medically then try to write down everything you can remember leading up to, during and after the accident. Sometimes just getting it out of your mind and on to paper will give some stress relief. You will also need to take a few days off just to let your body rest. sleep when you can no matter the time of day as you need sleep to help your body heal. Then once you have the pain under control then you can work on the challenge again.
Remember you have all the time you need in each week to complete the challenge. you can stay in whatever week you are in until you want to move on. you will still get the trophy for completing the challenge even if it takes you several months.
