This week is my week 2 :) and I have set my goals.
1. To set a routine, I plan to go to be around 12-1am seeing how I have to get up at around 9-10am each day. A full 9-10 hours of sleep at least if the cats don't wake me up sooner but even sooner it's still around 7-8 hours.
2. Stop drinking soda at night and have those late night munchies. It's so hard not to munch on my favorite foods at night but it'll help in the long run of getting sleep, no more over stimulation.
