So I met a goal of mine!!! I have written a sleep journal for every day this week thus far! It has really taught me how bad my habits truly are and how maybe making a proper sleep regimen will totally help. Cannot wait to start week two. The next few days I'm going to try a relaxation method. Tomorrow will be the third day I have woken up at a proper time! I have a job interview wish me luck!
