My goals for better sleep:

emoticon Sign up for the support group & complete challenges
emoticon Try taking a bath every evening
emoticon Avoid internet, television for one hour before bed
emoticon Continue with hypnosis tapes on iPod
emoticon Learn how to stay asleep - I wake up alot during the night
emoticon Wake up at the same time each morning and exercise
