Good goal to have! Best of luck to you as you move through the process. I'm right there with you -- I wake up around 2-3am, stay awake for a couple hours and then fall asleep for another 3 or 4 if I'm lucky.

My goal is to get at least 8 hours of sleep a couple times a week. I wake up several times during the night and I can't seem to sleep past 6:30 in the morning.
