Welcome to the group. I find that this group is helping me to figure out what is wrong with my sleep habits, and helping me correct what I have been doing wrong. Sometimes it takes a few tries with the goals on here, but overall, I am finding it very helpful.

I decided to join this challenge because I tend to fall asleep when I get home from work in the afternoons. Then I can't fall asleep at night, which causes me to be very groggy in the morning when it's time to get up.

I am hoping that I learn some ways to help me sleep better :-)
