Very good goals. I gave up caffeine other than what is in an occasional chocolate and in green tea about 10 years ago and have not really missed it. You may also find that your body may not get to the full 8 hrs every day. Think about how you feel when you get up and throughout the day. It might be that for you 7 hours is enough.
