I think you have an excellent idea checking in with a Dr. about the sleep issues. We can only do so much without professional help to determine if other issues are causing us not to sleep. emoticon

I took the quiz and I got a perfect score. I do everything I'm supposed to to sleep well but I am still troubled periodically by insomnia that lasts for days. I think I've educated myself and have done everything I can. I think it's time to see a doctor.
