Everyone!!! I just finished my 28 days and I have to say I really loved it! I love working out and what this challenge did for me was to push me to do the additional 10 minute workouts along with the other things I normally do. This not only added time to my workouts but also taught me to work muscles in a different way and allowed me to schedule 10 minute workouts at different times during the day making me move around more often! I definitely recommend this challenge to everyone!!!

Well we did it! Today I did the total body challenge with tone and burn, 60 min! OMG. Then, of course a stroll with Everleigh My long term goals for now are to continue eating healthier Water and freggies especially and to continue moving my butt daily! On Sunday I want to start another bootcamp challenge, Spring into shape looks good using a resistance band. Come with me so we can continue our journey together!
