I finished today too!! I made my weight goal - and learned quite a bit about the extensive workout video library available here.
My goal is still on track - marathon April 2014. Already signed up. This month - I'm going to start including one day per week of jogging to my exercise routine. Time to get this musculoskeletal system training!!

Congratulations on finishing the challenge! I have just finished it myself today, and I feel GREAT! I intend to continue with exercise, adding more strength training to my routine. I'm proud of myself and you should be as well!

I feel great! I feel that I am getting stronger in muscles used. In the beginning it was difficult to do some of the exercises, but they are getting easier, I am gaining strength. I also used to get very winded and have to slow down. Now, I can pretty much keep up with Coach Nicole. I do at least two videos a day and more on days I don't get to the gym. I liked that she reminded us that you don't have to keep up with her, and that we can modify some to our ability. I am still not able to do lunges and sometimes no squats but that's on me (bad knees). I can and will continue to do more. We CAN do this!

I finished this challenge. My goal is to continue to exercise daily. Doing these videos, but on DVD rather than online, until I have them memorized (I will probably watch just to reassure that I am doing them correctly). I am going to work up to doing more reps and adding more weight when using weights. I can, I will do this.
