Did day 5 and 6 videos and twisted (danced) for my cardio today
On vacation Friday, and will start it off by walking the beach and swimming, lots of fresh air and cardio.....will also be helping some friends with clean up in their cottages, more cardio, then a day for myself and more walking and bootcamp videos,
I plan on doing this challenge again and again and again, each time increasing the daily videos, instead of 1 time I will do 2 to 3 times and so forth....
