I am almost done week 4 and am proud of my efforts. I really enjoyed these 28 days. Some were tougher workouts than others but I do feel stronger especially in my shoulders and back. Being stronger in that areas has helped keep "the girls" up and my shoulders do not hurt as much as before. I may take a few days off again and start again April 1. This round I will track my food better so that I can lose a few more pounds and hopefully get to my goal.
