I have stuck with the bootcamp for the 28 days and have gotten frustrated at times when I had to miss a workout but I'd try to make up for it on another day. So I have to say overall that I'm pleased with myself. I know that I've lost some inches and a few pounds. I will not be weighing myself until Feb. 14 just because I don't want to get discouraged by what the scale will say when I get off it. Right now I'm just glad I'm more consistent. Just broke my Feb. 14 weigh date wanted to know if I had lost any weight during this challenge and I did I lost 2lbs. Not upset about that at all...I'm gaining the desire to be consistent with my workouts ...and to get back on the wagon quicker when I fall off.
Does anyone know how I can sign up again for a new challenge in Feb.?

Well, I finally finished my last bit of cardio to officially finish my 28 days of the challenge. I am torn as to whether I am pleased or not. I took my measurements early on and just took them again. It's hard to say if they are accurate because of the time of day, but it looks like some of the places I actually increased. Like at my belly bump! Ugh! Now I did eat a lot of amazing brownies yesterday, so, who knows. I have also been increasing my ab work and can tell a strength there and even see a definition, but the bump hasn't gone away. Hmmmm.
Oh, well, I will go on and continue doing what I've been doing.
Happy exercising and joyful healthy eating everyone!!!

I just finished my last bootcamp video - still wiping the sweat from my brow! Thanks for this challenge - you really helped me enjoy adding strength training to my workout, and I don't know if I've eaten so many fresh fruits and vegetables a day in my life! I'll give my weigh-in results tomorrow morning. :) Thanks, SP!

I have lost 10.4 pounds so far during this challenge and can tell that my body has rearranged itself or is toning quite well. My realistic goal is to continue to do my bootcamps workouts, stick to my diabetic meal plan with changes due to Celiac Disease and walk in more 5Ks this year with better times. Also do more cardio with my DH instead of always by myself. This has been great for me and I am sure it will only continue to be beneficial to me. Thanks Coach Denise, Coach Jen, Crazystepper and Sarah VW.

to all finishers!
This definitely helped me to re-incorporate ST into my daily routine.
Didn't lose any weight but a friend commented on my looking leaner and good so i'll take that! And jeans a bit looser. Over the month stayed in calorie range, ran 32 miles, walked over a 100, many on hills, and all contending with snow and ice. So hoping for some changes on the scale one of these days! In the meantime great to be feeling stronger. Has me setting goals from some spring trail races. GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY.

I completed this bootcamp yesterday and feel good about my accomplishment. I did not lose weight, but do feel good about the new energy I have gained and my body definitely looks better toned! Got to keep the momentum...I am going to continue the daily videos for the first 2 weeks of Feb, but then travel and company will interrupt my progress. However, I feel confident that I will continue to progress if I just keep my focus!

Good challenge and I'm ready to step it up a lot. This one didn't drop any lbs. I can say that doubling the strength workouts makes me stronger and I feel it. I can't wait for better biking weather though.
this is the second bootcamp I have done with SP and I lost wt which wasn't my goal, toning up was my goal. This challenge came along at the right time, I was feeling unmotivated, and this gave me a motivation thanks SP

I finished the 28-Day Boot Camp. It was the first time that I used any of the SP videos and I ended up really liking them. I had my own exercise routine but now I have added some of the SP routines for more variety.
I love what this 28 day challenge has done for me! It's gotten me to not only do my cardio everyday, but also to add strength training to everyday....something I wasn't doing before. I've decided now to continue on with the strength training, but to use my "Fit, Firm, & Fired Up" DVD instead of the daily bootcamp video's. They are not the same as each other, but are really very similar. Now that I've made it a daily habit to do the strength training, I want to continue. This is part of my long-term goal/maintenace program for myself. Thank you SP for everything you do in helping ppl EVERYday!!!

Proud as well to finish the Challenge. I didn't lose a lot of weight because I gained much needed lean muscle AND lost inches! Thanks SparkTeam.

I started on the 2nd and missed one day so I finished today instead of yesterday- I am on maintenance so not trying to lose but I had to add more calories to keep at my goal (plus or minus 2). This has really helped my energy levels and feelings of accomplishment! Great idea and I have a selection of favorites to continue with. Thanks!

I finished the boot camp yesterday--only lost a couple of pounds but I feel better and stronger. I will keep up with the exercises every day (a bit hard since I am working 2 jobs) and I'll keep on going.

I did it and I am so proud of myself! What a great feeling! This is what I needed to learn how to incorporate exercise into my every day living. I now find myself planning at least 30 minutes of my day for a type of cardio work-out as well as an extra 10 minutes for muscle toning. Participating in the Bootcamp was great training for me. Thank you, SparkPeople! And thank you, team, for your continued support!
