I finished week 3! In addition to the boot camp workouts I began the Supreme 90 program this week. I made a point of adding in more fruits and veggies to my diet as well. Rounded out the week by hiking up a mountain with my family. Good week...now off to week 4!

wow, week three I have to say I am making it. the exercising and the food changes. I am eating more veggies and fruits. my wii game has become my friend. I think this week before my journey I will add in some latin dancing.
