I just started week three. Everyone seems to agree that by the third week it gets easier. I learned that it is easiest to exercise right when I get up in the morning. That way, I am half asleep and don't' make excuses about exercising.

Hi, I haven't been on here much but I'm staying focused on doing my exercises at least five days out of seven. I have not been doing the boot camp exercises since most of them have movements that I can't do or use equipment I don't have. I've been sticking with my 2 to 3 mile walk at home with Leslie Sansone which is 30 or 45 minutes long. Lots of cardio! Her workout video really makes me sweat! Then I do other core or strength exercises depending on my mood. Anyway, I'm noticing the changes in my body and I'm happy with them. I pray everyone reaches their desired goals and keep persevering daily.

I am just hitting week three! I am doing more and more of the videos and able to ride my bike longer! I had wanted to get to an hour a day on my bike by now, but I started at 30 and can do 50 so am pleased!

Just did day 19 (day 1) cardio. Instead of jogging in place during the "intense" moves at the end, I did them! I went slower than coach Nicole, but I did them. This week I am going to continue to use the 2 lb dumbbells but move up to 3 lb next week. Hoping I can get week 3 done in 7 days (as I had to skip a few days these last 2 weeks while vacationing). Very proud of myself for sticking with this. Vey happy to have found this Spark video series that feels this affective despite the very short videos.

Week 3 was VERY difficult for me! I was getting up half an hour earlier so I could do the workouts before I went to work, plus my husband and I are training for the Vierdaagse (http://www.4daagse.nl/en), so we were walking at least 2 hours 3 times this week. By mid week I woke up and had an argument with myself (I didn't want to get up and do the workout), but managed to get the workout done anyway. Week 4 isn't going to be as much of a problem (as far as arguing with myself), as I'll be at home burning off vacation time from last year. It always helps my mood when the clock doesn't go off at 5:30 a.m.! Hee hee hee hee!!

I love this team and may do it again when done, but I can not exercise today or tomarrow because of SEVERE Pain, I need the rest. Plus my son is taking me out for a nice quiet day and relaxation... He said no more, I am so excited. I am hoping for a day spa... but he is a biker guy and might be a motor cycle rally, relaxing for him but not for me. ha ha But he is so good to me and times spent with him is great.

W3D2 -- loving the strength training exercises (even if I don't get all of them exactly perferct). Have upped the cardio and can see the results. I know I'm really going to have to work on the 5 fruits and veggies each day. I've made it this far so I can do that too!

Almost done with this week. I've been changing things up, less time on cardio, but workout harder or faster. Like deeper incline or faster pace. I've added a few more strength training exercises. Eating more fruit and veggies.

My first day in week 3. Starting out almost great. I got my 5 fruit and veggies in. I amped up my cardio today at the gym. Then did strength training. I am home late and realized I haven't done my Challenge video workout today. I will double up tomorrow. Today's video and tomorrow's video, no gym tomorrow.

I'm just starting week 3. I am currently not at home and I'm having a tough time keeping it up, but I keep plugging away even if I am doing the bootcamp videos right before I fall into bed. I like that they are short segments that I can squeeze in. My cardio is a little harder to keep up with, although I managed to get in a 50 minute walk today. I have realized that I need to re-prioritize my days, which I think is one of the ideas of the boot camp.

Yesterday was my last day of week three, wow! Lovin' this challenge. I was so scared to try a challenge but now I see that the videos are for people of all levels and I've been able to do it! So excited! I had really wanted to incorporate strength training into my routine and this was a gentle way to do it. We've been on vacation for a few days so I was doing the videos in a hotel room and it was kind of hard to do the day seven core workout without my yoga mat (holding myself in a plank position on that rough carpet, yikes) but I can feel that I am stronger because the first week I couldn't do those at all, and now I was able to even on that awful carpet! Yay!

Aw! That's a bummer. But you sure do have a lot going on. I hope you feel better soon. Tooth infections are no joke! I've had them a few times myself.

I think I may need to drop out and restart it next week. My hubby had surgery last week and I ended up with a really bad tooth infection, extracted and bone graft today. I have not been doing my workouts :(

I did the FIRM the 500 calorie workout and SP boot camp 7 min tone up with dumb bells. All I did was add more reps to the SP tone up work out so I could get my 10 min extra time in. The circuit training one, the FIRM is real rough. I've done this work out many times. I love it, but, oh boy...it's a doozy.

Week 3 Day 7, im almost there! I just hope I can keep it going after the challenge. I've decided to do the bootcamp workouts, cardio and core during the week. Then do a little P90X on the weekends. I dont have time to do P90X during the week, but i really enjoy it.

Oksomewhere along the line I get confused with my days. According to my emials I started on a Friday, I quit and start again on Monday, but my bootcamp emails did not change. So here I am then Week 3 day 2.

I am working on Week 3 now. I was derailed one week and repeated week 2. I am really get back into it and enjoying my workouts and my hubby has joined in with some of the bootcamp workouts as well. For increasing my fruits and veggies, I am enjoying adding one serving of a bean or lentil that can count as an ADDITIONAL veggies for the day. I've made a slow cooker recipe and I want to go through all those beans in my cupboards and add them to my diet on a more regular basis!

Week 3 day 4 core workout completed. My bonus was the 12 min low impact cardio. I got in over 30000 steps yesterday. Today I'll be working on getting the garden prepped for Spring. I will go to the ocean for my steps if I have enough energy after the garden! I'm feeling stronger every day!
