Starting week 2 today. My arms are still a little sore from the day 6 video! I tend to repeat the workouts 2-3 times to get in some extra sculpting. I love them! The ab video yesterday was a doozie though. Barely made it through 2 repetitions of that one! Looking forward to week 2, good luck everyone!
