Starting week 2 today. My arms are still a little sore from the day 6 video! I tend to repeat the workouts 2-3 times to get in some extra sculpting. I love them! The ab video yesterday was a doozie though. Barely made it through 2 repetitions of that one! Looking forward to week 2, good luck everyone!

I am going to start over. I have been sick for a week and unable to do any workouts at all. So I am going leave the team and then rejoin so I can start right away. emoticon

Just finished day 1 of week 2.
I am doing really good with the work outs. I didn't do so well with my calories today. I had a few goodies, so will have to watch that.
