Did my video this AM plus another repeat. I started the year off thinking I couldn't possibly manage very early AM workouts, but find that if I make my lunch the night before and have everything ready, I have time for two SP videos. I love those things; I don't have to think, just watch and do.

Exercising helps with stress. I used to have a boss who jogged regularly to relieve the stress of the job. Perhaps you could even exercise at work, in between crises. : ) SP has a number of desk exercise routines. I've heard of people who take a break and walk up and down their stairwells at work, too. If all else fails, just run up and down the aisles screaming!

Made it through week one without any problems , then had crappy stuff happen at work and what is the first thing I do, stopped exercising and missed week 2 completely, so I guess I start over or continue any suggestions? This is a pattern with me, stop taking care of myself the minute something else happens.

Benton, I am whooped so I know it must make people tired to read about it lol. But I thought to myself as I wrote that, "Now you know your not gonna do yard work tomorrw, because you'll feel guilty doing it!" Plus Sundays are a bit busy with church in the am and evening and usually a family dinner before the evening service. It will more then likely be Monday before I get anymore yardwork done!! I do wish there was some sort of magic or some nice fairy person who would redo my flower beds and make them all nice for me. The work it will take to get them back in shape scares me!! LOL Take care, have a blessed night and day tomorrow!

Great job on the weight loss this week True! You have been working hard and any little bit of what you are doing is working. Keep pushing through, you are almost half way through the challenge!!!

Hey all, Well my plans for yard work yesterday never happened, instead I ended up going shopping and errands for my mom, then to her house to do a few things. But even tho I didn't get the kind of exercise I normally do, I did get some decent walking with all the errands. Today I got out and did alot of weedeating for 1 hour, then mowed with my riding mower for 1 1/2 hrs. And I am now whooped!! Tomorrow I have church in the am, but possibly after church I can finish the weedeating and do the mowing that has to be done with the push mower. Right now my arms feel like jelly and the muscles in my back are aching!! Today was my weigh in day and my scales tell me I lost 3 pounds this week. And I am soooo NOT going to argue with it!! LOL I hope everyone is having a blessed day!!
