My leg seems to be doing worse and I haven't done anything to cause that as the last time I ran was Wednesday and last night I didn't even get my walk in. I did do the Day 2 leg video twice yesterday, once in the morning and once before bed, but other than that I haven't done anything. If it persists I will be making an appt to see my doctor on Monday. Today I have been getting dizzy almost every time I stand up and I am wondering if it is related to my leg. Any thoughts?
I just finished doing Day 3 arms video for the second and third times and am getting ready to do a yoga video for my bonus. I figure that since my leg is bothering me something that promotes healthy posture is probably the best and I don't think I would be able to do cardio anyways. I will check in tomorrow for Day 4!!!
